Noticed a couple of these “Telescope Cards” on our Stampin’Connection site. Love the way it opens up. This DSP is called “Twitterpated”, on page 13 of the Occasions Mini. The Labels Collection of Framelit Dies were used to make the different sizes on the front, page 6 of the Occasions Mini. Again, the Pool Party Seam Binding was used from page23.

It’s called a Watermark….had to have someone do it for me. You can probably find instructions online.
